Product Introduction

The JWZ-BM30/50/100 Blow Molding Machine is designed for producing large hollow plastic products in different sizes, including children’s safety chairs, desk boards, playground facilities, and automotive fluid containers. With maximum product volumes of 30L, 50L, and 100L, this series provides flexible production options for manufacturers handling different product dimensions and output requirements.

The machine adopts a high-output extrusion system with an accumulator die head, providing stable parison extrusion and consistent material distribution during the blow molding process. A post-cooling device is available to improve cooling efficiency, shorten forming cycles, and support stable product quality during continuous production.

High-Output Extrusion and Accumulator Die Head

The extrusion unit is engineered for efficient plasticizing and stable material output. The accumulating die head stores and releases the required amount of molten plastic quickly, making the machine suitable for larger hollow products that require controlled material distribution.

The BM30, BM50, and BM100 models offer plasticizing capacities of up to 120 kg/h, 180 kg/h, and 190 kg/h respectively. Optional hydraulic screen-exchanger systems can also be configured according to the characteristics of different materials and production requirements.

Stable Clamping Unit

The clamping unit provides high clamping force and steady mold movement to maintain consistent pressure throughout the molding cycle. The platen structure is designed with a scientifically arranged hole layout, allowing manufacturers to install different mold configurations.

For products with different dimensions, the platen type and size can be customized to accommodate specific mold requirements. The available clamping forces range from 280 kN to 600 kN, supporting applications requiring larger mold sizes and higher forming stability.

Efficient Blow Pin Unit

The blow pin unit can be configured with different head arrangements according to production requirements. Its optimized blow pin structure supports efficient air blowing and cooling performance, helping improve the dimensional stability and forming efficiency of hollow plastic products.

Optional functions such as bottom sealing, product ejection, and core-pulling mechanisms can be integrated for more complex product structures and automated production requirements.

Intelligent Electrical Control

The electrical system uses a Mitsubishi PLC and HMI control interface, supporting both Chinese and English operation. Operators can configure and modify production parameters directly through the touchscreen interface.

The control system provides functions including parameter management, production data queries, real-time operating monitoring, and fault diagnosis. This allows manufacturers to manage machine operation more conveniently and maintain consistent production conditions.

Servo Hydraulic System

The hydraulic system uses servo control technology to manage actuator movement with fast response and efficient operation. Hydraulic components are sourced from established component manufacturers to support stable machine performance.

An optional servo hydraulic system can reduce energy consumption by approximately 50% compared with conventional hydraulic configurations, depending on operating conditions and production requirements.
