Structural metal parts are an important category in our automotive precision metal component range. At Kunda Metal, we provide structural metal parts and precision stamped structural components for customers sourcing metal brackets and other formed metal parts. Nantong Kunda Metal Products Co., Ltd. brings together new product development, process development, product design and precision stamping. Our manufacturing operations include progressive die stamping lines, multi-die mechanical stamping lines, robotic automated stamping lines and transfer die stamping lines. We also have welding and brazing production lines, together with CNC machining centers and other precision machining equipment. These capabilities support an integrated approach to metal component manufacturing. Our team includes 74 employees, including 15 dedicated research and technical personnel, supporting product development and process improvement.
Quality control is supported by inspection equipment including digital projection instruments, coating thickness gauges, 3D measuring equipment and coordinate measuring machines. We have established full-dimensional inspection and performance verification procedures.
Founded in 2003, we completed a corporate restructuring in 2020 and adopted the name Nantong Kunda Metal Products Co., Ltd. in 2025. Our quality management systems are certified to IATF 16949:2016 and AS9100D. Across our metal parts product range, annual production capacity reaches 20 million pieces.
